  • I'm a first time client! Anything I should know?
    Welcome! Please come ready to relax and be pampered as you deserve. A few things to keep in mind. If this is your first time visiting Sugar & Spice Skincare, we recommend giving yourself some extra travel time to find the location. We do offer a 5-10 minute grace period depending on the duration of their appointment. However, if you're beyond 10 minutes late, you will be asked to cancel/reschedule. If we can't re-book you for the same week, you will be asked to pay the full service amount.
  • What forms of payment are acceptable?
    Cash is preferred. However, we do accept credit card & venmo payments. Credit cards will incur a 3% processing fee.
  • Oh no! Something came up...what is your cancellation policy?
    We get it, things happen! However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows are responsible for paying the full service cost. We request clients give at least a 12-hour notice of cancellation so another beauty can fill your spot :)
  • Can I bring my kids?
    We LOVE kids! However, we strive to maintain a quiet and serene environment, so please don't bring babies or small children with you.
